idiot landlord continued.... lol

 we have been talking about moving for a while now because of how assanine our landlord can be,but this time he has CROSSED the line! my parents are even more serious about moving now then they ever were before. We just put up w/it for a while and continued to give him his stupid rent. Now, tho this fucking asshole is threatening to ruin my parents's credit(I don't know how u plan to do THAT,when u never gave us a contract or recorded our payments,dipshit!),and start the eviction process on us EVEN THO, my mom told him WE ARE PLANNING ON LEAVING.! if we're going WILLINGLY, why the HELL do u need an eviction??! Moron! Anywho, dad found an apartment for rent listed on craiglist,they only want $650/mo.(sooooooo much better than $1,000/mo.),and they ALLOW us to have our pets,plus I believe it only costs $100 per pet,and I think it's a 1 time only fee. plus the water in included,and my dad was only talking to the guy on the ph for a few min. and they got along great. LOL my dad told him about our bratty dog, Southpaw. The guy wants to see him,so I guess we'll be taking the dog w/us when we go to look at the apartment, tomorrow. lol He says he just wants to make sure he's friendly,but I think he liked what my dad had to say about the dog and wants to see for himself. LOL it's only gonna be a 2 bedroom apartment but apparently, there r 3 bedroom apartments too,but none of them are available right now. The cool thing is, he said when 1 came available, he would let us know! cool! ^_^ we'll be living so much cheaper,so hopefully we'll able to do stuff again. We'll get to invest like we want,since we won't have to give up ALL our money like we've been doing,and I hope to GOD I'm about to have a job again. I'm actually scheduled for an interview next week. Hope I get it. Oh,and the best part, is apparently the apartment building that's renting out,is for sale! my family has been wanting to own apartment buildings/hotels for a while now. That would be awesome if we could eventually BUY the building we're living in. Maybe,by saving more money w/ cheaper rent,my parents can actually save up the money for ONCE, and have something to put down to get it! yay!! I hope this means things r FINALLY looking up around here. ^_^
